Shirley Bedsole is a singer, songwriter, and Christian speaker. She was born and raised in Southern California where she has ministered since 1978. Shirley is the worship leader at El Cajon First Assembly of God where she co-pastors with her husband Jim.
As a young woman, Shirley began to express her life experiences through music. Over the years she has written and recorded several music projects. She continues to write worship songs for the church, and more recently has written several Christmas musicals for children.
Shirley's love for people around the world has taken her to several countries. During the past 20 years, Shirley has been privileged to minister to the people of Africa, Europe, and Eastern Europe. Her worship CD Njoo Yesu, Come Jesus is recorded in Swahili and is now distributed in five African countries.

Shirley is a frequent speaker at women's meetings, retreats, conferences, and other functions where she blends humor with real life situations. Shirley's ministry style can be defined as relaxed and inspirational. With all of the opportunities that Shirley has had, her favorite thing to do is to worship God and lead others to do the same. Her passion is to help others see that God meets us in our everyday lives and that it is possible for each one of us to have a personal relationship with Him.
